PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of finding leakage of a refrigerant easily.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger (12) includes: heated fluid piping (71) in which a heated fluid flows; intermediate piping (81) which has an opening (82) for communicating inside and outside, which is provided inside of the heated fluid piping (71) and in which a filler for transmitting heat from a refrigerant to the heated fluid is filled; refrigerant piping (61) which is provided inside the intermediate piping (81) and in which the refrigerant flows; and a lid member (51) which is provided at the intermediate piping (81) so as to block the opening (82).
