DAMPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To brake a movement member reciprocating along an axis with a load having hysteresis characteristics while absorbing shaft deflection of the movement member.SOLUTION: A push rod 4 as a braking target of a damper 100 has side surfaces 441-446 tilted to an axis O. The damper 100 includes a bush 2, an elastic body 3, and a cylindrical case 10 for storing them. The bush 2 has a plurality of sliding parts 20 for supporting the side surfaces 441-446 of the push rod 4 with a sliding surface 22, and the sliding parts 20 are elastically deformed so as to be displaced to a direction leaving the axis of the push rod 4 and a direction approaching the axis O of the push rod 4. The elastic body 3 is disposed between an inner wall surface 104 of the case 10 and the bush 2, and energizes the sliding part 20 of the bush 2 to the axis O of the push rod 4 so that the sliding surfaces 22 are pressed onto the side surfaces 441-446 of the push rod 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】軸心に沿って往復移動する移動部材の軸振れを吸収しつつ、ヒステリシス特性を有する負荷で移動部材を制動する。【解決手段】ダンパ１００の制動対象であるプッシュロッド４は、軸心Ｏに対して傾斜した側面４４１〜４４６を有している。ダンパ１００は、ブッシュ２、弾性体３およびこれらを収容する筒状のケース１０を有している。ブッシュ２は、プッシュロッド４の側面４４１〜４４６を摺動面２２で支持する複数の摺動部２０を有し、これらの摺動部２０が、プッシュロッド４の軸心から遠ざかる方向およびプッシュロッド４の軸心Ｏに近づく方向に変位するように弾性変形する。弾性体３は、ケース１０の内壁面１０４とブッシュ２との間に配置され、ブッシュ２の摺動部２０を、それぞれの摺動面２２がプッシュロッド４の側面４４１〜４４６に押し当てられるように、プッシュロッド４の軸心Ｏに向けて付勢している。【選択図】図６
