PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cosmetics that do not give a sticky or squeaky feeling and also causes no slipping or shininess at the time of application.SOLUTION: Cosmetics comprise (A) at least one glycerol derivative selected from (a1) and (a2) of 0.3-18 mass%, (B) silicone elastomer of 0.07-5 mass%, and (C) water.
