Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior material for a vehicle capable of suppressing peeling of a buffer material end part from a substrate.SOLUTION: An interior material 1 for a vehicle comprises: a substrate 10 having an arrangement surface 20 having a curve surface 23 being salient outward; and a buffer material 30 adjacent to the arrangement surface 20. On the arrangement surface 20, a surface on one side D1a of a connection direction D1 passing the curve surface 23 is a first connection surface 21, and a surface on the other side D1b of the connection direction D1 is a second connection surface 22. The buffer material 30 includes a first portion 41 adjacent to the first connection surface 21 at least, a second portion 42 adjacent to the second connection surface 22 at least, and a connection part 50 for connecting the first portion 41 and the second portion 42. The buffer material 30 has a main slit SL1 in a direction (D4) for dividing the first portion 41 and the second portion 42 between the first portion 41 and the second portion 42, and a sub slit SL2 connected to an end SL1a of the main slit SL1 and formed in a direction (D5) different from that of the main slit SL1. 【課題】基材から緩衝材端部が剥がれることが抑制された車両用内装材を提供する。【解決手段】車両用内装材1は、外に凸の湾曲面23を含む配置面20を有する基材10と、配置面20に接した緩衝材30と、を備える。配置面20において、湾曲面23を通る連続方向D1の一方側D1aにある面を第一連続面21とし、連続方向D1の他方側D1bにある面を第二連続面22とする。緩衝材30は、少なくとも第一連続面21に接した第一部位41と、少なくとも第二連続面22に接した第二部位42と、第一部位41と第二部位42とを繋ぐ接続部50と、を有する。緩衝材30には、第一部位41と第二部位42との間に第一部位41と第二部位42とを分ける向き(D4)の主スリットSL1が形成され、該主スリットSL1の端部SL1aに繋がり該主スリットSL1の向きとは異なる向き(D5)の副スリットSL2が形成されている。接続部50が副スリットSL2に沿って第一部位41と第二部位42とを繋いでいる。【選択図】図1 |
