Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch die capable of removing and reducing residual stress in the vicinity of the cutting edge of executing laser cutting work.SOLUTION: In a punch die for reducing residual stress in a plate-like work cut by laser cutting work, a punch driver 13 is provided vertically movably in an upper part of a cylindrical punch body 11 vertically movably supported by an upper die holder 3 in a punch press, and a first elastic member 17 is provided between a punch head 15 provided in an upper part of the punch driver 13 and the punch body 11. A linear pressurizing part 25 for pressurizing the cutting edge vicinity of a work W is provided on an undersurface of the punch body 11, and a second elastic member 23 is provided between the punch driver 13 and an inner bottom surface of the punch body 11. Both ends in the lengthwise direction of first and second elastic members 17 and 23 are contacted with a pressurizing action member in an uncompressed state for controlling pressurizing force generated in the pressurizing part 25 in pressurizing force proper for reducing the residual stress by simultaneously controlling the compression length of the first and second elastic members 17 and 23 by the same compression length.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】レーザ切断加工した切断縁付近の残留応力を除去、低減することのできるパンチ金型を提供する。【解決手段】レーザ切断加工によって切断された板状のワークにおける残留応力を低減するためのパンチ金型であって、パンチプレスにおける上型ホルダ3に上下動自在に支持される筒状のパンチボディ11の上部にパンチドライバ13を上下動自在に備えると共に、上記パンチドライバ13の上部に備えたパンチヘッド15と前記パンチボディ11との間に第1の弾性部材17を備え、ワークWの切断縁付近を加圧する直線状の加圧部25を前記パンチボディ11の下面に備え、前記パンチドライバ13と前記パンチボディ11の内部底面との間に第2の弾性部材23を備え、前記第1,第2の弾性部材17,23の圧縮長を同時に同一圧縮長でもって制御して前記加圧部25に生じる加圧力を、残留応力低減に適正な加圧力に制御するために、前記第1,第2の弾性部材17,23の長手方向の両端は、非圧縮状態において加圧作用部材に接触してある。【選択図】図1 |
