At least one insertion hole is formed on the base, the cover comprises an upper part and a side part and the cover is a hollow light transmissive body to be assembled to the base, in which the upper part has at least one insertion projection so as to correspond to the insertion hole of the base, and the side part extends from a peripheral edge of the upper part to the base and is assembled to a peripheral edge of the base. The connection part base plate comprises at least one electrode circuit having positive and negative electrode circuits, corresponding to the insertion hole of the base and disposed on an upper face of the base. An electric connection member for being connected to the positive electrode circuit and negative electrode circuit respectively at sides separated from the base, is installed.
