Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase strength while maintaining assembling performance in a spray nozzle in which a nozzle body is attached to an adapter.SOLUTION: In a spray nozzle, a nozzle body is attached to or detached from an adapter connected to a fluid supply pipe by rotation operation. The adapter comprises an outer fitting cylindrical part formed of a cylinder having an opening at the front end. An L-shaped engaging groove part is provided by depressing an inner surface of a peripheral wall surrounding the hollow part of the outer fitting cylindrical part. The engaging groove part comprises a vertical groove part extending from the tip opening in an axial direction, and a horizontal groove part extending from one side of the depth side of the vertical groove part at an angle of 50-70 degrees in a circumferential direction. The nozzle body comprises an inner fitting cylindrical part having an opening at the rear end, which is inserted into the outer fitting cylindrical part. An engaging projection inserted and locked to the engaging groove part is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner fitting cylindrical part. The engaging projection is rotated after being inserted into the vertical groove part of the engaging groove part of the outer fitting cylindrical part of the adapter. Then, the engaging projection is engaged with the horizontal groove part, and the nozzle body is fixed to the adapter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】アダプタにノズル本体を組みつけるスプレーノズルにおいて、組付性能を維持しながら強度を高める。【解決手段】流体供給管と接続されるアダプタに対してノズル本体を回転操作で脱着するスプレーノズルであって、前記アダプタは前端開口の円筒からなる外嵌筒部を備え、該外嵌筒部の中空部を囲む周壁の内面を窪ませてL字形の係止溝部を設け、該係止溝部は先端開口から軸方向に延在する縦溝部と、該縦溝部の奥側の一側から周方向に50〜70度延在する横溝部を備え、前記ノズル本体は前記外嵌筒部に挿入する後端開口の内嵌筒部を備え、該内嵌筒部の外周面に前記係止溝部に挿入係止する係止突起を設け、該係止突起を前記アダプタの外嵌筒部の係止溝部の縦溝部に挿入した後に回転させて横溝部に係止させて該アダプタに前記ノズル本体を固定する構成としている。【選択図】図2
