WAGON WASHER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wagon washer which has no risk that adhesions are scattered to the surroundings when carrying a wagon into a washing room, can surely, efficiently and thoroughly wash the inside and outside of the wagon as a whole, and is sufficed with a small installation space, in the wagon washer which washes the meat wagon or the like.SOLUTION: A wagon washer comprises: a washing chamber 1 having a carry-in/out part 10 of a wagon W having casters C1 to C4 at a bottom of a metal-made vessel V, and an automatic opening/closing door 11 at a high place higher than the carry-in/out part 10; a lift 2 which lifts the wagon W between a front position of the automatic opening/closing door 11 and the carry-in/out part 10; a wagon holding frame 3 which holds the wagon W in the washing chamber 1; the turn drive means M of the wagon holding frame 3; and a washing nozzle 4A which sprays a washing liquid L1 toward the wagon W which vertically turns by being held to the wagon holding frame 3 from a plurality of points in the surroundings.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ミートワゴン等を洗浄するワゴン洗浄機として、ワゴンを洗浄室へ運び込む際に付着物が周囲に飛散する懸念がなく、ワゴンの内外全体を余すことなく確実に能率よく洗浄でき、設置スペースも小さくて済むものを提供する。【解決手段】金属製容器Ｖの底部にキャスターＣ１〜Ｃ４を有するワゴンＷの搬出入部１０、搬出入部１０よりも高所に自動開閉扉１１を備えた洗浄室１、自動開閉扉１１の前方位置と搬出入部１０との間でワゴンＷを昇降させる昇降装置２、該洗浄室１内でワゴンＷを保持するワゴン保持枠３、ワゴン保持枠３の旋回駆動手段Ｍ、ワゴン保持枠３に保持されて縦旋回するワゴンＷに向けて周囲の複数箇所から洗浄液Ｌ１を噴射する洗浄ノズル４Ａを具備してなる。【選択図】図２
