RENEWABLE ENERGY POWER GENERATION FACILITY CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a renewable energy power generation plant control system enabling an electric power system to obtain stable frequency variation suppression effect regardless of power generation state of individual renewable energy power generation equipment.SOLUTION: The renewable energy power generation facility control system is provided which controls renewable energy power generation facilities 41-43, 51 that include a plurality of pieces of renewable energy power generation equipment 411, 421, 431 and 511 for generating power using renewable energy sources, respectively and that are operated so as to be operatively connected with an electric power system. When the absolute value of an output controllable amount of renewable energy power generation equipment 411i becomes lower than the absolute value of an output control target value, the renewable energy power generation facility control system performs control of increasing an output control amount for a renewable energy power generation facility 411i whose output controllable amount has not yet reached its upper limit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】個々の再生可能エネルギー発電設備の発電状態によらず、電力系統において安定した周波数変動抑制効果が得られるような再生可能エネルギー発電施設の制御システムを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】再生可能エネルギー源を利用して発電する複数の再生可能エネルギー発電設備411を有すると共に電力系統に連系して運転される再生可能エネルギー発電施設41-43、51、の制御を行う再生可能エネルギー発電施設の制御システムであって、再生可能エネルギー発電施設411iの出力制御可能量の絶対値が出力制御目標量の絶対値を下回った場合、出力制御可能量の上限に達していない再生可能エネルギー発電設備411iの出力制御量を増加させる制御を行うことを特徴とする。【選択図】図２
