The transformer 2, the primary side semiconductor component 3, the secondary side semiconductor component 4 and the choke coil 5 are arranged in a straight line constituting a series structure 11. The primary DC wiring 71dc, the secondary DC wiring 72dc, the primary AC wiring 71ac and the secondary AC wiring 72ac are disposed outside of the series structure 11. The primary DC wiring 71dc and the secondary DC wiring 72dc and the primary AC wiring 71ac and the secondary AC wiring 72ac are disposed at positions each facing planes of the series structure 11 different from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
