DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRE-BAKING BOARD UPSTREAM OF PROCESSING CHAMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide device and method for performing pre-bake.SOLUTION: A pre-bake device for heating a board at the upstream side of a processing tool is configured to be coupled with EFEM (equipment front end module). The pre-bake device has a front surface containing plural slots arranged in a height direction, the slot is divided into plural sections, and the plural sections extend from the respective plural slots to the rear portion of a chamber. The chamber contains a chamber for feeding the board in or out, and a coupling frame for coupling the chamber to the processing tool. The plural sections are partitioned from one another by a dividing plate, and a heater for heating the plural sections is provided.
