TECHNICAL PROBLEM FINDING AND PROBLEM SOLVING SUPPORT SYSTEM UTILIZING PATENT GAZETTES, AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an invention conceiving support system and method by which technical problem finding and solving are systematically carried out by utilizing patent gazettes.SOLUTION: By superior-conceptualizing more than once the configuration of an invention embodiment (k1) described in a patent gazette, inventive concept configurations (K1, K2, K3, K4, ... Kn, Kn+1) are obtained. On the basis of the configuration of the invention embodiment and that of the inventive concept, an inventive knowledge space is formed. By utilizing related knowledge obtained through the formation of the inventive knowledge space, a conceptual technology idea is devised. With this technology idea, which poses a technological problem, being chosen as the target invention, indispensable elements of the target invention for making its configuration more specific toward perfection are configured on the basis of the configuration of the invention embodiment and that of the inventive concept.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】特許公報を活用して技術的課題発見及び課題解決を系統的に行う発明発想支援システム及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】特許公報に記載される発明実施例の構成（ｋ１）について複数回の上位概念化を行って発明概念構成（Ｋ１、Ｋ２、Ｋ３、Ｋ４、・・・Ｋｎ、Ｋｎ＋１）をそれぞれ得る。発明の実施例の構成及び発明概念構成に基づいて発明知識空間を形成する。発明知識空間の形成を通して得た関連知識を活用して概念的技術アイデアを考案する。技術的課題であるこの技術アイデアを発明目標として発明実施例の構成及び発明概念構成に基づいて目標発明の構成をより具体化し完成させるための発明の必須要素を構成する。【選択図】図１
