Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve unconformity between an OS desired to be started and a BIOS setting, under a circumstance where a UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) circumstance OS and a non-UEFI circumstance OS are switchably used, so as to start up the OS without taking a time for changing the BIOS setting.SOLUTION: An information processing device is provided with: a disk information storage unit 141 that stores previous storage device information relating to a hard disk 10 used for previous setting processing, among first and second hard disks 10; an acquisition processing unit 111 that acquires execution storage device information relating to the hard disk 10 newly used for the setting processing, among the first and second hard disks 10; a comparison unit 112 that compares the previous storage unit information stored by the disk information storage unit 141 with the execution storage device information acquired by the acquisition processing unit 111; and a setting processing unit 113 that changes the setting of a PC 1 in a case when a result of the comparison by the comparison unit 112 is inconsistent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】UEFI(Unified Extensible Firmware Interface)環境OSと非UEFI環境OSとを入れ換えて使用する環境において、起動したいOSとBIOS設定との間の不整合を解決し、BIOS設定変更の手間をかけずに、OSを起動する。【解決手段】第1及び第2のハードディスク10のうち、前回の設定処理に使用されたハードディスク10に関する前回記憶装置情報を記憶するディスク情報記憶部141と、第1及び第2のハードディスク10のうち、新たに設定処理に使用されるハードディスク10に関する実行記憶装置情報を取得する取得処理部111と、ディスク情報記憶部141が記憶する前回記憶装置情報と、取得処理部111によって取得された実行記憶装置情報とを比較する比較部112と、比較部112による比較の結果が不一致である場合に、PC1の設定を変更する設定処理部113と、を備える。【選択図】図1 |
