Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method that reduces an underground occupant area of a starting portion of an outer shell shield tunnel constructed outside of a main-track shield tunnel, at the same time curtailing a construction period and mitigating impacts on a surrounding ground, in construction of an underground widened part.SOLUTION: In a construction method for a tunnel having a large cross-section, a plurality of outer shell tunnels 2 are arranged beforehand outside of a scheduled excavation position of an underground widened part 10, where an outer shell part 20 is configured by the outer shell tunnels 2 that surround the scheduled excavation position, and inside of the outer shell part 20 is excavated. The construction method includes a step for cutting open and widening outside of a main-track tunnel 1 in a radial direction at a part along a tunnel circumference direction of the main-track tunnel 1 for installing an individual shield starting part 3, and a step for constructing the outer shell tunnel 2 by advancing an outer shell shield machine 4 almost in parallel with the main-track tunnel 1, from the individual shield starting part 3. A plurality of individual shield starting parts 3 is installed along the tunnel circumference direction of the main-track tunnel 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】地中拡幅部の施工において、本線シールドトンネルの外側に施工される外殻シールドトンネルの発進部分の地下占有面積を小さくすることができ、発進部分の地盤改良にかかる工期の短縮や周辺地盤への影響の低減を図ることができる。【解決手段】地中拡幅部10の掘削予定位置の外側に、予め複数の外殻トンネル2を配列した状態で施工することにより、それら外殻トンネル2によって掘削予定位置を取り囲む外殻部20を構築し、外殻部20の内側を掘削する施工方法であって、本線トンネル1のトンネル周方向の一部分において、本線トンネル1の径方向の外側を切り広げて個別シールド発進部3を設ける工程と、個別シールド発進部3から本線トンネル1と略平行に外殻シールド機4を発進させて外殻トンネル2を施工する工程と、を有し、個別シールド発進部3は、本線トンネル1のトンネル周方向に複数設けられるようにした大断面トンネルの施工方法を提供する。【選択図】図2
