PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit capable of being well-fitted to a building material constituting a building structure constructed on site.SOLUTION: A building unit 2 which constitutes a part of a building with two or more floors includes: a first unit 11 which is previously assembled at a place other than the construction site, and which constitutes one floor in plural floors; and a second unit 12 which is previously assembled at a place other than the construction site, and which constitutes a floor above the first unit 11 of the plural floors. The second unit 12 is a building structure which includes the building unit 2 as a core thereof being constructed at the construction site, and which includes connection parts (connection members 6a, 6b) for connecting building materials (beams 4a, 4b) corresponding to a floor below the floor corresponding to the second unit 12 in the building structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】現場施工される建築構造体を構成する建築材をうまく適合することのできる建物ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】２階建て以上の建物の一部を構成する建物ユニット２であって、建築現場以外で予め組み立てられ、かつ、複数階のうちの一の階を構成する第１ユニット１１と、建築現場以外で予め組み立てられ、かつ前記複数階のうちの第１ユニット１１の上方の階を構成する第２ユニット１２とを有し、第２ユニット１２は、当該建物ユニット２をコアとして建築現場で施工される建築構造体であって第２ユニット１２に対応する階よりも下の階に対応する建築構造体における建築材（梁４ａ、４ｂ）が連結される連結部（連結部材６ａ、６ｂ）を有する。【選択図】図９
