HUMIDIFICATION SYSTEM AND HUMIDIFICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidification system and a humidification method capable of supplying air at an appropriately temperature and an appropriate humidity to a cooling target space without using another humidification equipment if the absolute temperature of outdoor air is lower than an appropriate humidity of the cooling target space.SOLUTION: A humidification system comprises an indirect evaporative cooler 7 that includes a dry flow passage through which to-be-cooled air passes and a wet flow passage whose internal space is evaporatively cooled and which is disposed to be able to implement heat exchange with the dry flow passage, that supplies part of already cooled air obtained by cooling the to-be-cooled air after passing through the dry flow passage to a cooling target space 1A, that introduces the other part of the already cooled air into the wet flow passage to be used to cool the to-be-cooled air passing through the dry flow passage, and humidifies the cooling target space 1A cooled by the indirect evaporative cooler 7, the humidification system comprising mixture means for obtaining the to-be-cooled air by mixing part of discharged air discharged from the wet flow passage with return air discharged from the cooling target space 1A. 【課題】冷却対象空間の適性湿度よりも外気の絶対湿度のほうが低い場合に、別の加湿設備を用いることなく適正な温湿度の空気を冷却対象空間に供給することができる加湿システム及び加湿方法を提供する。【解決手段】被冷却空気が通過する乾き流路、及び、内部空間が蒸発冷却され乾き流路と熱交換可能に配置された濡れ流路を有し、被冷却空気が乾き流路の通過により冷却されてなる既冷却空気の一部を冷却対象空間１Ａに供給するとともに、既冷却空気の他の一部を濡れ流路に導入して乾き流路を通過している被冷却空気の冷却に利用する間接気化冷却器７を備え、間接気化冷却器７で冷却される冷却対象空間１Ａを加湿するための加湿システムであって、濡れ流路から排出された排出空気の一部を冷却対象空間１Ａから排出されたレターン空気と混合して被冷却空気を得るための混合手段を備える。【選択図】図１
