Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generating system that can efficiently operate with respect to variation in wind force and obtain stable output, and to provide a wind power generating method.SOLUTION: The wind power generating system include: a generator; a rotation shaft; and a mass movement unit. The generator supports a windmill part rotating by wind force and generates power by the rotation of the windmill part. Rotation force from the windmill part is transferred to the rotation shaft. The mass movement unit has an annular part supported by the rotation shaft and changes radial mass between the annular part and the rotation shaft according to the rotation of the rotation shaft.
