Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for producing a hydrogel comprising a conjugate of a hydrogel forming agent and a flavonoid, the hydrogel being capable of adhesion of cells.SOLUTION: The invention relates to methods comprising a step of producing a hydrogel by a chemical combination of: (i) from about 0.1 to about 500 mg/ml of a conjugate of a hydrogel forming agent and a flavonoid; (ii) from about 0.001 to about 50 mM of a peroxide; and (iii) from about 0.001 to about 10 units/ml of a peroxidase. 【課題】細胞を接着させることができ、ハイドロゲル形成物質とフラボノイドとのコンジュゲートを含むハイドロゲルを生成するための方法の提供。【解決手段】(i)約0.1 〜約500 mg/mlのハイドロゲル形成物質とフラボノイドとのコンジュゲート;(ii)約0.001 〜約50 mMの過酸化物;および(iii)約0.001〜約10単位/mlのペルオキシダーゼを化合させて、それによってハイドロゲルを生成する段階を含む方法。【選択図】図1
