Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture container having a peelable base part to readily transfer without damage a cell sheet cultivated in a cell culture container having a temperature-responsive polymer layer.SOLUTION: A film 30 having a temperature-responsive polymer layer provided on a resin layer, and a cylindrical housing 20 composing a side wall part 2 of a cell culture container are prepared. After an organic solvent is applied on at least either of an end part 21 of the housing, and the temperature-responsive polymer layer of the film, the housing is put on the temperature-responsive polymer layer of the film 30 so as to contact with the end part 21. And the housing 20 and the film 30 are joined by an organic solvent application part.
【課題】温度応答性高分子層を有する細胞培養容器で培養した細胞シートを、ダメージを与えることなく容易に移送させるべく、底部を剥離可能な細胞培養容器の提供。【解決手段】樹脂層の上に設けられた温度応答性高分子層を有するフィルム30と、細胞培養容器の側壁部2を構成する筒状のハウジング20を用意する工程、及びハウジングの端部21とフィルムの温度応答性高分子層上の少なくともいずれかに有機溶剤を塗布した後、ハウジングを端部21が接するようフィルム30の温度応答性高分子層上に載せ、ハウジング20とフィルム30とを有機溶剤塗布部により接合する。【選択図】図1 |
