Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment system and a heat treatment method which are capable of securely cooling an inner periphery of a cylindrical workpiece regardless of the dimensions and the shape of the workpiece, and improving productivity in inner periphery hardening of the cylindrical workpiece.SOLUTION: A heat treatment system has: rotors (18, 19) which rotate a cylindrical workpiece (11); holding members (181, 191) which hold a cylindrical workpiece (11) at a prescribed position; a heating member (16) which heats cylindrical workpiece (11) from an inner peripheral surface side; a cooling device (17) which injects cooling liquid to cool cylindrical workpiece (11) from an outer peripheral surface side; and an injection device (nozzle 34) provided at a position remote from the cooling device (17) and injecting cooling liquid. 【課題】円筒状ワークの内周焼入れにおいて、円筒状ワークの寸法や形状とは無関係にワーク内周を確実に冷却することができて、生産性を向上することができる熱処理システムおよび熱処理方法の提供。【解決手段】円筒状ワーク(11)を回転する回転装置(18、19)と、円筒状ワーク(11)を所定位置で保持する保持部材(181、191)と、円筒状ワーク(11)を内周面側から加熱する加熱部材(16)と、冷却液を噴射して円筒状ワーク(11)を外周面側から冷却する冷却装置(17)と、冷却装置(17)から外れた位置に設けられ且つ冷却液を噴射する噴射装置(ノズル34)を有している。【選択図】図2
