Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermocurable polyurethane elastomer-formable composition for industrial mechanical component members, which is molded in a short time, the cured product of which contains no unreacted foreign material and which allows the mechanical component member obtained therefrom to have toughness and high mechanical strength, and to provide a member for industrial mechanical components, which is obtained by using the thermocurable polyurethane elastomer-formable composition for industrial mechanical component members.SOLUTION: A phosphate compound having at least one ethylene oxide in a skeleton of a substituent thereof is incorporated in an isocyanate group-terminated urethane prepolymer in the thermocurable polyurethane elastomer-formable composition for industrial mechanical component members as a reaction inhibitor. As a result, a thermocurable polyurethane elastomer for industrial mechanical components can be obtained without damaging the property and state of the isocyanate group-terminated urethane prepolymer. The obtained elastomer allows a molding cycle thereof to be made shorter, the product molded therefrom to contain no unreacted foreign material and the mechanical component member obtained therefrom to have high mechanical strength and toughness. 【課題】成形時間が短く、硬化物中に未反応異物がない、強靭で機械強度の高い産業機械部品部材用の熱硬化性ポリウレタンエラストマー形成性組成物、及び該組成物を用いた産業機械部品用部材を提供する。【解決手段】産業機械部品部材用熱硬化性ポリウレタンエラストマー形成性組成物のイソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーに反応抑制剤として、少なくとも1つ以上のエチレンオキサイドを置換基骨格内に持つリン酸エステル化合物を含有することで、イソシアネート基末端ウレタンプレポリマーの性状を損ねることなく、成形サイクルが短く、成形物中に未反応異物の発生がない、機械強度が高く強靭な産業機械部品用の熱硬化性ポリウレタンエラストマーを得ることができる。【選択図】なし
