Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode member for ablation of a novel structure in which a degree of design freedom in providing a temperature sensor can be substantially secured, and an improvement in temperature detection accuracy in performing cauterization treatment, for example, can be achieved, and to provide a catheter for ablation of a novel structure using the electrode member for ablation.SOLUTION: In an electrode member 14 for ablation for applying a cauterization treatment to the inner surface of a lumen of a human body, a cautery electrode 48 for ablation, and a temperature measurement element 62 for temperature detection are provided at positions different from each other in a thickness direction of an electric insulation base material. In a catheter 10 for ablation inserted into a lumen of a human body, the electrode member 14 for ablation is attached to the distal side. 【課題】温度センサを設けるに際しての設計自由度が大きく確保され得て、例えば焼灼処置を施すに際しての温度検出精度の向上等も図られ得る、新規な構造のアブレーション用電極部材を提供する、および該アブレーション用電極部材を用いた新規な構造のアブレーション用カテーテルを提供する。【解決手段】人体の管腔の内面に焼灼処置を施すためのアブレーション用電極部材14であって、アブレーション用の焼灼電極48と温度検出用の測温素子62とが、電気的な絶縁基材の厚さ方向において互いに異なる位置に設けられている。また、人体の管腔に挿し入れられるアブレーション用カテーテル10であって、前記アブレーション用電極部材14がディスタール側に取り付けられている。【選択図】図2
