CONNECTING JIG OF INJECTION OUTER PIPE AND CONNECTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting jig of injection outer pipes which can improve work efficiency while avoiding a situation that the injection outer pipes fall into a casing when adding and elongating the injection outer pipe, and inserting it into the casing, and a connecting method.SOLUTION: A base 3 having an opening part 2 which communicates with a cylindrical hollow part of a casing 10 is fixed to an upper end of the casing 10, an upper end 11a of the injection outer pipe 11 is protruded to an upper part of the opening part 2 by making it penetrate the opening part 2 and the injection outer pipe 11 is brought into a state of being inserted into the casing 10, a slide part 4 which is slidably attached to the base 3 is moved to a lock position, the upper end 11a of the injection outer pipe 11 is held by the slide part 4, the holding of the injection outer pipe 11 is released by moving the slide part 4 to a lock release position after connecting a lower end of an added injection outer pipe 11A to the upper end 11a of the held injection outer pipe 11, and the added injection outer pipe 11A is inserted into the casing 10. 【課題】注入外管を継ぎ足してケーシング内に挿入する際に注入外管がケーシング内に落下する事態を回避しつつ、作業効率を向上させることができる注入外管の接続治具および接続方法を提供することである。【解決手段】ケーシング１０の上端部にこのケーシング１０の筒状空洞部に連通する開口部２を有するベース３を固定し、開口部２を貫通させて注入外管１１の上端部１１ａをこの開口部２の上方に突出させて注入外管１１をケーシング１０に挿入した状態にして、ベース３にスライド可能に取り付けられたスライド部４をロック位置に移動させて、このスライド部４により注入外管１１の上端部１１ａを保持し、この保持した注入外管１１の上端部１１ａに、継ぎ足す注入外管１１Ａの下端部を接続した後、スライド部４をロック解除位置に移動させて注入外管１１の保持を解除し、次いで、継ぎ足した注入外管１１Ａをケーシング１０に挿入する。【選択図】図１
