PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting device properly distributing income to electric power circulation.SOLUTION: An accounting device includes an allocation processing unit that acquires accounting information of an electric power circulation business entity related to electric power supply, facility characteristic information indicating characteristics of plural facilities that the electric power circulation business entity manages, and district characteristic information indicating a contribution degree to electric power circulation for each facility in a management range of each unit organization existing in each district that the electric power circulation business entity subordinates, and that allocates the accounting information of the electric power circulation business entity to each unit organization on the basis of at least one of the facility characteristic information and the district characteristic information. 【課題】電力流通に対する収入を適切に配分する会計装置を提供する。【解決手段】会計装置は、電力供給に係る電力流通事業体の会計情報と、前記電力流通事業体が管轄する複数の設備の特性を示す設備特性情報と、前記電力流通事業体の配下にある各地域に存在する単位組織それぞれの管轄範囲における前記設備ごとの電力流通に対する貢献度を示す地域特性情報と、を取得し、取得した前記設備特性情報と前記地域特性情報とのうち少なくとも一方に基づいて前記電力流通事業体の前記会計情報を前記単位組織のそれぞれに配賦する配賦処理部と、を備える。【選択図】図１
