FASTENER LOCK STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener lock structure which can impart a sufficient lock effect to a fastener.SOLUTION: A fastener lock structure comprises an attachment base material 1 in which a fastened member 7 is arranged, a fastener 5 which grips the fastened member and the attachment base material, and fastens the fastened member to the attachment base material by rotational work, and a first lock part 15 which suppresses the loosening of the fastener. The first lock part has: a plurality of grooves 21, 23 which are formed at least at one bearing face part out of a bearing face part 11a of the fastener and a bearing face part 7b of the fastened member which oppose each other along a circumferential direction of the fastener; fillers 17 which are filled into the grooves at fastening by the fastener, and solidified in biased states accompanied by fastening work; and regulation parts 25a, 25b which are formed in the grooves, and regulate the displacement of the solidified fillers to loosening directions of bolt members in the grooves. 【課題】本発明は、締結具に十分な緩止め効果を与えることができる締結具の緩止め構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、被締結部材７が配置される取付基材１と、回転作業により被締結部材を取付基材に挟み付け締結する締結具５と、締結具の緩みを抑える第１緩止め部１５とを備え、第１緩止め部は、向き合う締結具の座面部１１ａおよび被締結部材の座面部７ｂのうちの少なくとも一方の座面部に、締結具の周方向に沿って複数、形成された溝部２１，２３と、締結具による締結の際、溝部内に充填され、締結作業に伴い、偏倚した状態で固化する充填材１７と、溝部に形成され、固化した充填材が当該溝部内でボルト部材の緩み方向へ変位するのを規制する規制部２５ａ，２５ｂとを有するものとした。【選択図】図３
