Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Oldham's ring capable of sufficiently reducing vibration noise at 1,000 Hz or lower caused by a collision with the other member such as an orbiting scroll or a fixed member, and a scroll compressor including the Oldham's ring.SOLUTION: An Oldham's ring 10 of the present invention comprises: a toric ring portion 11 interposing between an orbiting scroll and a fixed member of a scroll compressor; first key portions 12 each protruding from an axial orbiting-scroll-side end surface of the ring portion 11 and insertable into a first keyway of a slit shape formed in the orbiting scroll; and second key portions 13 each protruding from an axial fixed-member-side end surface of the ring portion 11 and insertable into a second keyway of a slit shape formed in the fixed member, the Oldham's ring 10 having a natural frequency of 1,000 Hz or higher.
【課題】旋回スクロールや固定部材等の他の部材との衝突に伴う1,000Hz未満の振動騒音を十分に低減可能なオルダムリングおよび当該オルダムリングを備えているスクロール圧縮機を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のオルダムリング10は、スクロール圧縮機の旋回スクロールと固定部材との間に介在し、円環状のリング部11と、リング部11の軸方向の旋回スクロール側の端面から突設し旋回スクロールに形成されたスリット状の第1キー溝に挿入可能な第1キー部12と、リング部11の軸方向の固定部材側の端面から突設し固定部材に形成されたスリット状の第2キー溝に挿入可能な第2キー部13とを備えたオルダムリングであって、固有振動数が1,000Hz以上であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
