Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide proteinaceous protease inhibitors for protein purification, which maintain stable inhibiting activity in a wide pH range, and exhibit sufficient inhibition activity in the presence of surfactants or reducing agents.SOLUTION: The invention provides proteinaceous protease inhibitors for use in protein purification, where proteinaceous protease inhibitor (A) comprises a specific amino acid sequence and proteinaceous protease inhibitor (B) has 80% or more homology to the amino acid sequence of the proteinaceous protease inhibitor (A). 【課題】幅広いｐＨ領域で阻害活性を安定的に維持でき、界面活性剤や還元剤の存在下でも十分な阻害活性を発現できるタンパク質精製用タンパク質性プロテアーゼインヒビターを提供する。【解決手段】タンパク質精製用タンパク質性プロテアーゼインヒビターであって、特定のアミノ酸配列からなるタンパク質性プロテアーゼインヒビター（Ａ）及び前記タンパク質性プロテアーゼインヒビター（Ａ）のアミノ酸配列と８０％以上の相同性を有するタンパク質精製用タンパク質性プロテアーゼインヒビター（Ｂ）。【選択図】なし
