Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of incapability of performing peak shaving using a power storage system as necessary while performing service other than the peak shaving using the power storage system.SOLUTION: A power control method comprises the steps of: when predicted purchase power exceeds target power (S403: Yes), strengthening power limitation of a power load of an object to be controlled (S404) to suppress purchase power; and then, when peak shaving is scheduled for a present slot of a power storage system 104 (S406: Yes) and a purchase power prediction value of the present slot exceeds the target power (S407: Yes), generating a discharge command so that the purchase power prediction value does not exceed the target power to make the power storage system 104 discharge (S408).
【課題】蓄電システムを用いてピークシェービング以外のサービスを行うとともに、必要に応じて蓄電システムを用いたピークシェービングを行うことができない。【解決手段】予測した買電電力が目標電力を超過する場合(S403でYes)、制御対象の電力負荷の電力制限を強化し(S404)、買電電力を抑制する。その上で、蓄電システム104の現スロットでのスケジュールがピークシェービングである場合で(S406でYes)、且つ、現在のスロットの買電電力予測値が目標電力を超過する場合(S407でYes)、買電電力予測値が目標電力を超過しないように放電指令を生成し、蓄電システム104を放電させる(S408)。【選択図】図4 |
