The three-dimensional grid-form cell layer 210 includes a three-dimensional grid-form cell 100 having a plurality of cell structures 101 arranged in a grid form, and a filling material 102 filled in the cell structure 101. The three-dimensional grid-form cell 100 has a plurality of first belt-like bodies 10 arranged in parallel to each other and placed in a first horizontal direction that deviates away from the wall part 300, and a plurality of second belt-like bodies 20 arranged in parallel to each other and intersects with the first belt-like bodies 10, for forming the cell structure 101 along with the first belt-like bodies 10. The wall part 300 is provided with a protrusion (an engaged part 310, for example) that protrudes toward the banking 200, and the protrusion and the three-dimensional grid-form cell layer 210 are interconnected.
