PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill bit extraction machine that readily extracts a drill bit fitted at a tip of a drilling rod, without destroying the drill bit.SOLUTION: A drill bit extraction machine 1 includes: a rod retainer 10 for retaining a rod 5; an active plate 35 installed slidably in a direction perpendicular to a rod shaft of the retained rod 5 and having an inclined active surface 353 formed at a prescribed angle of inclination to a vertical surface perpendicular to the rod shaft direction; a hook member 37 installed slidably in a rod shaft direction adjacent to the active plate 35, and having a hook hole 374 formed that is larger than an outer diameter of a main body of the rod 5 and smaller than an outer diameter of a drill bit 9; and a drill bit extraction device 30 having a passive plate 36 with an inclined passive surface 363 formed in parallel to the inclined active surface 353, and a driving device 33 that drives the active plate 35 in the direction perpendicular to the rod shaft. 【課題】穿孔用のロッド先端に装着されたビットを壊すことなく容易に取り外すことのできるビット抜き機を提供する。【解決手段】ビット抜き機１は、ロッド５を固定保持しておくロッド固定装置１０と、固定されたロッド５のロッド軸に垂直な方向にスライド可能に設置されると共に、ロッド軸方向に垂直な鉛直面に対して所定の角度傾斜した能動傾斜面３５３が形成された能動プレート３５と、ロッド軸方向にスライド可能に能動プレート３５に隣接して設置されると共に、ロッド５の本体外径よりも大きくビット９の外径よりも小さい引掛穴３７４が形成された引掛部材３７を有し、能動傾斜面３５３と平行な受動傾斜面３６３が形成された受動プレート３６と、能動プレート３５をロッド軸方向に垂直な方向に移動させるように駆動する駆動装置３３と、を有するビット抜取装置３０と、を備える。【選択図】図２
