PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of maintaining or enlarging advantages of players on the basis of a counted value of a counter.SOLUTION: The game machine includes: specific lottery means 400 for executing a prescribed specific lottery other than a symbol combination lottery; counting means 410 for adding a prescribed addition value to a counted value in a counter when a specific lottery by the specific lottery means 400 is won; and game form shifting means that makes mode lottery means execute a mode lottery when advantage level in the last game is determines as low as a determination result by game form determination means, then makes the next normal game executed in a game form determined by the mode lottery, if it is so determined that the advantage level of the last normal game is high, makes a maintenance lottery executed by maintenance lottery means, and if the lottery result of the maintenance lottery is to maintain, makes the next normal game executed still in the advantageous game form, and if not to maintain, makes the next normal game shifted to a game form other than an advantageous game form. 【課題】カウンターの計数値に基づいて遊技者の利益を維持、或いは拡大することができる遊技機を提供する。【解決手段】遊技機には、役抽選とは別に、所定の特定抽選を実行する特定抽選手段400、特定抽選手段400による特定抽選に当選したときに、カウンターの計数値に所定の加算値を加算する計数手段410、遊技形態判定手段による判定の結果、前回の通常遊技の有利性が低いと判定された場合に、モード抽選手段によるモード抽選を実行させ、当該モード抽選により決定された遊技形態において次回の通常遊技を実行させ、前回の通常遊技の有利性が高いと判定された場合に、維持抽選手段による維持抽選を実行させ、当該維持抽選の抽選結果が維持の場合には、有利な遊技形態のまま次回の通常遊技を実行させ、又、維持でない場合には有利な遊技形態以外の遊技形態に移行させる遊技形態移行手段を備える。【選択図】図３
