CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SUPPORT RACK FOR PLANAR OBJECT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple construction method of a support rack for a planar object such as a solar panel.SOLUTION: In accordance with the construction method, a vertical rail frame member 10 is capable of supporting and installing the planar object by mutually connecting and fixing a pair of vertical rails 11 and 11 and a plurality of frame materials 11f and 11g fixing the vertical rails 11 and 11 substantially in parallel while interposing a predetermined interval therebetween, and the vertical rail frame member 10 is manufactured in a plant or the like beforehand. In the case where an installation surface is a slope, a plurality of pile members 15 supporting and fixing the vertical rail frame member 10 are installed in an inclination direction of the slope and a direction substantially orthogonal to the inclination direction and provided in a columnar shape longitudinally and laterally. A plurality of horizontal rails 13 are disposed in a lateral direction and fixed by the upper end of the pile members 15 which are provided in the columnar shape. In the horizontal rails 13, one or two or more of the vertical rail frame members 10 are arrayed in a direction substantially orthogonal to the horizontal rails 13, mounted and fixed, such that the support rack is constructed. 【課題】ソーラーパネル等の面状物品用支持架台の簡易な構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】一対の縦桟11, 11と、これらの縦桟11, 11を所定間隔で略平行に固定する複数の枠材11f, 11gとを相互に連結し固定することにより面状物品を支持し設置することができる縦桟枠部材10を予め工場内等で作製し、設置面が傾斜地の場合には、縦桟枠部材10を支持し固定する複数の杭部材15を、傾斜地の傾斜方向とこれと略直交する方向に打ち込んで縦横に列設し、これら列設された杭部材15の上端部で、複数の横桟13を横方向に配設して固定し、これらの横桟13に前記縦桟枠部材10の１又は２以上を横桟13と略直交する方向に配列して載置し固定することにより構築される構築方法である。【選択図】図１
