Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet which has high disintegrating properties, and hardly causes expansion of a drug housing part in a package body by suppressing the generation of carbonic acid gas accompanied with the passage of time.SOLUTION: The invention provides a tablet having a layer (α) having simultaneously component (A): a low water solubility acidic drug, component (B): one or more kinds of compounds selected from the group consisting of alkali metal carbonate and alkali metal hydrogen carbonate, and component (C): an antacid containing one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of aluminium and magnesium. The invention also provides a production method for such tablet comprising a step of mixing component (A), (B), and (C) to obtain a mixture, and a step of tableting the mixture to form the tablet with the layer (α).
