TABLET AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet which has high disintegrating properties, and hardly causes expansion of a drug housing part in a package body by suppressing the generation of carbonic acid gas accompanied with the passage of time.SOLUTION: The invention provides a tablet having a layer (α) having simultaneously component (A): a low water solubility acidic drug, component (B): one or more kinds of compounds selected from the group consisting of alkali metal carbonate and alkali metal hydrogen carbonate, and component (C): an antacid containing one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of aluminium and magnesium. The invention also provides a production method for such tablet comprising a step of mixing component (A), (B), and (C) to obtain a mixture, and a step of tableting the mixture to form the tablet with the layer (α). 【課題】崩壊性が高く、かつ、経時に伴う炭酸ガスの発生が抑えられて包装体における薬物収容部の膨張を生じにくい錠剤を提供すること。【解決手段】（Ａ）成分：水難溶性の酸性薬物と、（Ｂ）成分：アルカリ金属炭酸塩及びアルカリ金属炭酸水素塩からなる群より選ばれる１種以上の化合物と、（Ｃ）成分：アルミニウム及びマグネシウムからなる群より選ばれる１種以上を含む制酸剤と、を併有する層（α）を有する、錠剤。かかる錠剤の製造方法であって、（Ａ）成分と（Ｂ）成分と（Ｃ）成分とを混合して混合物を得る工程と、前記混合物を打錠して、層（α）を有する錠剤を成形する工程とを備える、錠剤の製造方法。【選択図】なし
