Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of finally exerting positive influence even on productivity of a textile machine, by monitoring an empty pipe quality.SOLUTION: In a traverse-winding package manufacturing method, a traverse-winding package (11) is replaced with an empty pipe (28) each time after its completion, and next, a new traverse-winding package (11) is formed by winding a yarn on the empty pipe (28). Before a new start of a winding process, at least one measured value for characterizing eccentricity of the empty pipe (28) is specified, and when an error limit value of at least the one measured value is maintained, the winding process is started.
