Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive particle whose dispersibility into a resin is improved.SOLUTION: In a conductive particle in which at least the surface area includes tin oxide, the value of BET/BETas a ratio between BET specific surface area BET(m/g) and BET(m/g) measured using water is controlled to 0.2 to 0.7. It is suitable that the BETis controlled to 3.0 to 35.0 m/g. Further, the BET specific surface area measured using nitrogen BETis suitably controlled to 15 to 50 m/g. 【課題】樹脂中への分散性が向上した導電性粒子を提供すること。【解決手段】少なくとも表面域が酸化スズを含む導電性粒子において、水を用いて測定されたBET比表面積BETH2O(m2/g)とBETN2(m2/g)との比であるBETH2O/BETN2の値を0.2以上0.7以下とした。BETH2Oが3.0m2/g以上35.0m2/g以下であることが好適である。また、窒素を用いて測定されたBET比表面積BETN2を15m2/g以上50m2/g以下とすることが好適である。【選択図】図1
