Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery planning device, delivery planning system, delivery planning method, and program capable of contributing to cost reduction required for delivery of fuel compared with a case without having demand predictive value derivation means, stock predictive value derivation means, and output means.SOLUTION: An output section 26 outputs information according to a solution of an optimization problem that has, as one of constraint conditions, correlation information in which correlation with regulation information is formulated. The regulation information is for regulating a scheduled amount of delivery according to an amount of stock of fuel in demand facilities 16, a predictive value of demand derived by a demand predictive value derivation section 22, a predictive value of stock derived by a stock predictive value derivation section 24, and the number of delivery vehicles for each vehicle type, required for delivering the fuel to the demand facilities 16. The optimization problem is for minimizing an objective function using the number of delivery vehicles as one of variables. 【課題】本発明に係る需要予測値導出手段、在庫予測値導出手段、及び出力手段を有しない場合に比べ、燃料の配送に要する費用の削減に寄与することができる配送計画装置、配送計画システム、配送計画方法、及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】出力部26は、需要設備16での燃料の在庫量と、需要予測値導出部22により導出された需要予測値と、在庫予測値導出部24により導出された在庫予測値と、需要設備16に対する燃料の配送に要する車両の車両種毎の配送台数に応じて配送予定量を規定する規定情報との相関が定式化された相関情報を制約条件の1つとして有する最適化問題であって、配送台数が変数の1つとされた目的関数を最小にする最適化問題の解に応じた情報を出力する。【選択図】図1
