Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a squeegee position automatic correction mechanism and a squeegee position automatic correction method for a screen printer which can easily keep a horizontal position constant at a squeegee tip and obtain sufficient printing accuracy.SOLUTION: A screen printer equipped with a screen plate 11 and a squeegee 20 has: an angular adjustment instrument that adjusts an angle of the squeegee 20; a laser displacement gauge 15 that can measure a first distance that is a horizontal distance of the tip of the squeegee 20 in a condition that the squeegee 20 is vertically suspended and a second distance that is a horizontal distance of the tip of the squeegee 20 in a condition that the squeegee 20 is tilted to an attack angle that is a predetermined included angle between the top face of the screen plate 11 and the squeegee 20; and squeegee driving means 12 that horizontally moves the squeegee 20 to a printing start position in a condition of being tiled to the attack angle on the basis of a distance difference between the first distance and the second distance.
【課題】スキージの先端の水平方向位置を容易に一定に保つことができ、十分な印刷制度を得ることができるスクリーン印刷機のスキージ位置自動補正機構及びスキージ位置自動補正方法を提供する。【解決手段】スクリーン版11とスキージ20とを備えたスクリーン印刷機において、スキージ20の角度を調整する角度調整器と、スキージ20を鉛直に垂下させた状態でのスキージ20の先端の水平距離である第1距離、及びスクリーン版11の上面とスキージ20との所定の挟角であるアタック角度に傾斜させた状態でのスキージ20の先端の水平距離である第2距離を測定可能なレーザ変位計15と、スキージ20をアタック角度に傾斜させた状態で、第1距離と第2距離との距離差に基づいて印刷開始位置まで水平移動させるスキージ駆動手段12とを有している。【選択図】図1 |
