Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint assembly device of low cost and compactness in addition to the capability of precisely assembling a joint assembly frame.SOLUTION: A rotary jig 3 grips both end portions of an assembly tube 11 assembled by fitting first and second instrument panel pipes 10a, 10b with each other to rotate around a cylinder center line under an attitude that the cylinder center line directs in vertical directions. A lateral side of the rotary jig 3 is provided with an industrial robot 4 which fixes an instrument panel bracket 10c by pressing on the outer periphery face of the assembly tube 11. A lateral side of the rotary jig 3 and the industrial robot 4 is provided with a lap part of the assembly tube 11 gripped by the rotary jig 3 or a laser welder 5 that welds a lap part of the instrument panel bracket 10c with the assembly tube 11.
【課題】接合組立フレームを精度良く組み立てることができるとともに、低コストで、且つ、コンパクトな接合組立装置を提供する。【解決手段】回転治具3は、第1及び第2インパネパイプ10a,10bを互いに嵌合させて組み立てた組立管11を筒中心線が上下方向に向く姿勢でその両端部を把持して筒中心線周りに回転させる。回転治具3の側方には、組立管11に組み付けられるインパネブラケット10cを組立管11の外周面に押し当てて固定する産業用ロボット4が設けられる。回転治具3及び産業用ロボット4の側方には、回転治具3に把持された組立管11の重合部分か、又は、インパネブラケット10cの組立管11との重合部分を溶接するレーザ溶接機5が設けられる。【選択図】図1 |
