Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric heating cooker using a ceramic cooking tool with high heat storage property.SOLUTION: There are included: a body case 30; an induction heating coil 41 arranged in the body case; a cover member 35 positioned on the top face of the body case and covering the induction heating coil; a ceramic cooking tool 20 placed on the cover member; a plate-like heat generator 24 fastened to the lower surface side of the ceramic cooking tool, and generating heat by the induction heating coil to heat the ceramic cooking tool; a temperature sensor 43 detecting a temperature of the ceramic cooking tool; and a control part adjusting electric power to be applied to the induction heating coil, based on temperature information detected with the temperature sensor, and performing temperature control of the ceramic cooking tool. Furthermore, there is included, in addition to a heating mode which a user can select, an accelerating and heating mode for applying to the induction heating coil, electric power larger than that of any of heating modes which a user can select. 【課題】 蓄熱性が高い陶器製の調理器具を用いた電気加熱調理器を得ること。【解決手段】 本体ケース30と、本体ケース内に配置された誘導加熱コイル41と、本体ケースの上面に位置して誘導加熱コイルを覆うカバー部材35と、カバー部材上に載置される陶器製調理器具20と、陶器製調理器具の下面側に固着され、誘導加熱コイルによって発熱して陶器製調理器具を加熱する板状の発熱体24と、陶器製調理器具の温度を検出する温度センサ43と、温度センサが検出する温度情報に基づいて誘導加熱コイルに印加する電力を調整し陶器製調理器具の温度制御を行う制御部とを備え、ユーザが選択可能な加熱モード以外に、ユーザが選択可能な加熱モードのいずれよりも大きな電力を誘導加熱コイルに印加する加速加熱モードを備えた。【選択図】図3
