Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the higher revolution of a rotor for an embedded magnet type rotary electric machine by relaxing stress concentration that is caused at the outermost peripheral end of a plurality of slots, as a starting point, with an increase of the number of revolutions of the rotor, the slots being formed in an array along a circumferential direction of the rotor.SOLUTION: In a rotor for an embedded magnet type rotary electric machine, a slit 22 which connects slots 18, 18 adjacent to each other along a circumferential direction of a rotor core 12 is cut at between the outermost peripheral ends of the slots.
【課題】埋込磁石型回転電機用のロータでは、複数のスロットが周方向に沿って配列形成される。ロータの回転数増加に伴い、スロットの最外周端部を起点に応力集中が生じる。この応力集中を緩和させ、ロータの高回転化を可能にする。【解決手段】ロータコア12の周方向に沿って隣り合うスロット18,18の最外周端部間には、両者を繋ぐスリット22が切られている。【選択図】図1 |
