STATOR AND ASSEMBLING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fitting of a stator coil in a wedge groove or hooking thereto when assembling the stator coil in a coil slot, in a stator and assembling method therefor.SOLUTION: A stator includes a wedge groove provided in the sidewall forming a coil slot for holding a stator coil, and in which the peripheral end of a wedge for closing the radial end of the coil slot is fitted, an insulating member having an inner part arranged between the sidewall and the stator coil held in the coil slot, and a folding part held between the wedge and the stator coil held in the coil slot, and a thick wall part provided in the folding part of the insulating member, and having a shape to be fitted in the wedge groove. 【課題】本発明は、ステータ及びその組付方法に係り、ステータコイルのコイルスロット内への組み付け時にそのステータコイルがウェッジ溝に嵌まり込み或いは引っ掛かるのを抑制することにある。【解決手段】ステータは、ステータコイルが保持されるコイルスロットを形成する側壁に設けられた、コイルスロットの径方向端部を閉じるウェッジの周方向端部が嵌まるウェッジ溝と、上記側壁とコイルスロット内に保持されるステータコイルとの間に配置される内側部と、ウェッジとコイルスロット内に保持されるステータコイルとの間に挟まれる折畳部と、を有する絶縁部材と、絶縁部材の折畳部に設けられた、ウェッジ溝に嵌まる形状を有する厚肉片と、を備える。【選択図】図２
