Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a voltage on an electric cable using a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A voltage measurement device (1) includes: first and second electrode voltage acquisition circuits (61, 62) which can be switched to be either grounded or ungrounded to GND (1); a capacitance detection voltage acquisition circuit (64) which is grounded to GND (2) and is configured to acquire capacitance detection voltage generated at a first electrode (21) when a voltage is supplied to a second electrode (22); and a computation unit (24) for computing a voltage on an electric cable (11) under measurement from first and second voltages, the supplied voltage, and the capacitance detection voltage. 【課題】簡単な構成にて電線の電圧を正確に計測する。【解決手段】電圧計測装置(1)は、GND(1)への接地、非接地が切り替えられる第1,第2電極電圧取得回路(61,62)、GND(2)に接地され、第2電極(22)への電圧注入にて第1電極(21)に生じる容量検出電圧を取得する容量検出電圧取得回路(64)、並びに第1,第2電極電圧、注入電圧,容量検出電圧から計測電線(11)の電圧を計算する計算部(24)を備える。【選択図】図1
