Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring hot water system that can be applied for a plurality of bathtubs where a required flow rate of hot water and a required calory vary, a full flowing of spring by 100% is applied, a valve opening or closing control is carried out under minimum requirement and hot water of appropriate temperature can be applied in a short period of time.SOLUTION: A spring hot water system 1 of this invention comprises a source spring tank 11; a constant pressure feed water pump 12; a heat exchanger 14; thermal medium generating and circulating facility 15; a header 16 for appropriate temperature spring water; a plurality of bathtubs 19A, 19B, 19C and 19D; spring water filling flow rate adjustment valves 18A, 18B, 18C and 18D; water discharging flow rate adjustment valves 21A, 21B, 21C and 21D; and a control part 22. The control part 22 variably controls a frequency of an inverter motor 15d with a prescribed frequency corresponding to a required flow rate of hot water and a required calory for a bathtub to be used, and performs a control of increasing or decreasing of heat exchanging amount for the heat exchanger 14 and at the same time when a hot water supplying to the bath tub is started, the control part controls a hot water supplying flow rate adjustment valve and the water discharging flow rate adjustment valve.
【課題】必要給湯流量および必要熱量が変化する複数の浴槽について適用できて、100%温泉掛け流しであり、バルブの開閉制御を必要最小限で行い、短時間で適温の湯張りを行うことができる温泉給湯システムを提供する。【解決手段】温泉給湯システム1は、源泉タンク11と、定圧給水ポンプ12と、熱交換器14と、熱媒液生成循環設備15と、適温温泉水用ヘッダ16と、複数の浴槽19A,19B,19C,19Dと、湯張り用流量調整弁18A,18B,18C,18Dと、排水用流量調整弁21A,21B,21C,21Dと、制御部22と、を備え、制御部22は、浴槽に湯張りする際には、インバータモータ15dの周波数を、使用する浴槽の必要給湯流量および必要熱量に対応する所定の周波数で可変制御することにより、熱交換器14の熱交換量の増減制御を行うとともに、浴槽への湯張り開始時には、湯張り用流量調整弁と排水用流量調整弁を制御する。【選択図】図1 |
