Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a stainless steel-based screw member for piping fastening that prevents problems resulting from liquid lubricant, reduces costs, improves aesthetic appearance and improves prevention of galling and seizure, and a stainless-based screw member for piping fastening.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a stainless steel-based screw member for piping fastening includes the steps of: forming a nickel layer on the surface of the stainless steel-based screw member; forming a copper layer on the nickel layer; forming a tin layer on the copper layer; and performing drying at 100°C or less after the steps of forming the tin layer. 【課題】液体潤滑剤に起因する問題を防止し、コストを低減し、美観を向上し、カジリ及び焼き付きの防止を向上する配管締結用ステンレス鋼製ねじ部材の製造方法及び配管締結用ステンレス鋼製ねじ部材を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の配管締結用ステンレス鋼製ねじ部材の製造方法は、ステンレス鋼製ねじ部材の表面にニッケル層を形成する工程と、このニッケル層上に銅層を形成する工程と、この銅層上にスズ層を形成する工程と、このスズ層を形成する工程後に、100℃以下で乾燥する工程とを備えている。【選択図】なし
