Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a collision force generated at a time of the collision of a needle in a high-pressure fuel pump and reduce operation noise resulting from the collision of the needle.SOLUTION: A high-pressure fuel pump comprises: a compression chamber pressurizing a fuel; and an intake solenoid valve mechanism provided in an intake side of the compression chamber and opening or closing a fuel channel in the intake side, the intake solenoid valve mechanism including a movable portion moving by a magnetic attraction force, a cavity portion whose volume increases or decreases in response to movement of the movable portion being formed on an outer circumference of the movable portion and the fuel channel supplying the fuel from the cavity portion to the compression chamber being formed, and a channel area of the fuel discharged from the fuel channel is reduced in response to the movement of the movable portion by the magnetic attraction force. 【課題】高圧燃料ポンプにおいて可動子が衝突する際の衝突力を低減し、可動子の衝突に起因する動作音を低減することを目的とする。【解決手段】燃料を加圧するための加圧室と、前記加圧室の吸入側に設けられ、吸入側の燃料流路の流路開閉を行う電磁吸入弁機構と、を備えた高圧燃料ポンプにおいて、前記電磁吸入弁機構は磁気吸引力によって移動する可動部を備え、可動部の外周側に可動部の移動により体積が増減する空洞部が形成されるとともに、前記空洞部から前記加圧室の側に燃料を供給する燃料流路が形成され、前記燃料流路から吐出される燃料の流路面積は前記可動部が磁気吸引力により移動することにより減少するように構成される。【選択図】図3
