HIGH FLUIDITY LIGHTWEIGHT MORTAR COMPOSITION AND HIGH FLUIDITY LIGHTWEIGHT MORTAR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high fluidity lightweight mortar composition which is lightweight and excellent in fluidity, shows no bleeding and material separation, shows no swelling after being applied as a filling material for steel plate lining method, offers good workability, and exhibits good strength development, and to provide high fluidity lightweight mortar using the same.SOLUTION: The high fluidity lightweight mortar composition comprises: Portland cement; crystalline calcium aluminate having a CaO/AlOmolar ratio of 0.75 to 1.5; anhydrous gypsum; calcium hydroxide; lithium carbonate; a metal carbonate other than lithium carbonate; one or more organic acids other than oxycarboxylic acids and salts thereof; lightweight aggregate having a density of 0.1 to 0.7 kg/l; a water-soluble cellulose-based thickener; and an acrylic thickner, and does not contain a water-reducing agent. Also provided is a high fluidity lightweight mortar using the same. 【課題】軽量で流動性に優れブリーディングや材料分離がなく、鋼板巻立て工法用充填材として施工後膨らみがなく、施工性も良好で、低温環境でも強度発現が良好な高流動軽量モルタル組成物及びそれを用いた高流動軽量モルタルを提供する。【解決手段】ポルトランドセメントと、ＣａＯ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３モル比が０．７５〜１．５の結晶質のカルシウムアルミネートと、無水セッコウと、水酸化カルシウムと、炭酸リチウムと、炭酸リチウム以外のアルカリ金属炭酸塩と、オキシカルボン酸及びそれらの塩のうちの１種または２種以上の有機酸と、密度が０．１〜０．７ｋｇ／ｌの軽量骨材と、水溶性セルロース系増粘剤及びアクリル系増粘剤とを含有し、減水剤を含有しないことを特徴とする高流動軽量モルタル組成物、である前記高流動軽量モルタル組成物、及びそれを用いた高流動軽量モルタルである。【選択図】なし
