GLASS BOTTLE PACKING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass bottle packing device extremely simple in assembly and excellent in a structure for the cushioning protection of the bottom of a glass bottle filled with a liquid.SOLUTION: A packing device for packing a glass bottle 53 is constituted of an inner box 11 and an outer box, of which especially the inner box 11 is equipped with four side plates 16 to 19, so that the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped is kept by overlapping bottom flaps 22, 24, 26 and 28 disposed at the lower ends of those side plates 16 to 19 and by inserting the folding-back member 34 of the lowermost bottom flap 24 into the through holes 31 and 33 of the other bottom flaps 22 and 28 into a retaining notch 37 formed continuously from an insertion hole 32 of the uppermost bottom flap 26. 【課題】組立てが極めて簡単であって、しかも液体を充填したガラス瓶の底部の緩衝保護の構造において優れたガラス瓶の梱包装置を提供する。【解決手段】ガラス瓶５３を梱包する梱包装置が内箱１１と外箱とから構成され、とくに内箱１１は４枚の側板１６〜１９を備え、これらの側板１６〜１９の下端に設けられた底部フラップ２２、２４、２６、２８を互いに重合わせ、一番下側の底部フラップ２４の折返し片３４を他の底部フラップ２２、２８の挿通孔３１、３３を挿通させて一番上側の底部フラップ２６の挿通孔３２に連設された係止用切込み３７に係止して直方体状の形態を維持するようにする。【選択図】図２
