PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underbone type saddle riding vehicle attaining securement of the volumetric capacity of an air cleaner while securing the foot grounding property of a driver.SOLUTION: A saddle riding vehicle comprises: an air cleaner 70 arranged between a left seat frame 40L and a right seat frame 40R and below a seat 10, in which a front end part 71F of an upper surface 71U is concaved downward and the front end part 71F is arranged behind a concavity 29 of a vehicle cover 28; an engagement part arranged on the back side of the seat 10; a seat support part 73 which is engaged with the engagement part, is formed integrally with the air cleaner 70, is arranged separately from the front end part 71F, overlaps with the front end part 71F in the vehicle plane view and openably and closably supports the seat 10; a left seat load receiving part 76L extending downward from the seat support part 73 and supported by the left seat frame 40L; and a right seat load receiving part 76R extending downward from the seat support part 73 and supported by the right seat frame 40R. 【課題】運転者の足つき性を確保しつつ、エアクリーナの容積の確保が実現されるアンダーボーン型の鞍乗型車両を提供すること。【解決手段】鞍乗型車両は、左シートフレーム４０Ｌと右シートフレーム４０Ｒとの間かつシート１０の下方に配置され、上面７１Ｕの前端部７１Ｆが下方に向かって凹みかつ前端部７１Ｆが車体カバー２８の凹部２９の後方に配置されたエアクリーナ７０と、シート１０の裏面に配置された係合部と、係合部と係合し、エアクリーナ７０と一体に形成され、前端部７１Ｆと離間して配置され、車両平面視で、前端部７１Ｆと重なり、シート１０を開閉可能に支持するシート支持部７３と、シート支持部７３から下方に延び、左シートフレーム４０Ｌに支持される左シート荷重受け部７６Ｌと、シート支持部７３から下方に延び、右シートフレーム４０Ｒに支持される右シート荷重受け部７６Ｒと、を備えている。【選択図】図２
