Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, even though palladium core-platinum shell nanoparticles are anticipated for use as a catalyst, a thin uniform shell layer cannot be produced with stable quality and a suppressed cost.SOLUTION: A thin uniform platinum shell layer could be formed by using microwave heating in the synthesis of palladium core particles and by adding hydroxide ions in forming a platinum shell. By addition of the hydroxide ions, a shell forming reaction could be regulated. Thus, there was found a production method of the palladium core-platinum shell nanoparticles, which satisfies both stable quality and productivity.
【課題】パラジウムコア白金シェルナノ粒子は触媒用途として期待されているものの、うすく均一なシェル層を安定な品質でコストを抑えて製造することができない。【解決手段】パラジウムコア粒子の合成にマイクロ波加熱を用い、白金シェル形成には水酸化物イオンを添加し、水酸化物イオンを添加することでシェル形成反応を調整し、うすく均一な白金シェル層を形成することができた。このことにより、安定な品質および生産性を両立させるパラジウムコア白金シェルナノ粒子の製造方法を見出すことができた。【選択図】図5 |
