Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sensors, which detect a rotation angle of a vertical feed auger or detect a rising/falling angle of a discharge auger, to reliably operate for detection inexpensively without breakage.SOLUTION: In a grain discharge device of a combine, a discharge auger side communication cylinder 50b in a discharge auger 14 proximal part is connected to a vertical feed auger side communication cylinder 50a at an upper end of a vertical feed auger 13 so as to rotate such that a tip part of the discharge auger 14 rises/falls, an auger support shaft 56 provided on the discharge auger 14 and the vertical feed auger 13 are connected by a lifting/lowering cylinder 44, and the discharge auger 14 rises/falls by telescopic motion of the lifting/lowering cylinder 44. A rising/falling sensor 53, which detects a relative rotation angle of the vertical feed auger side communication cylinder 50a and the discharge auger side communication cylinder 50b, is provided between the vertical feed auger side communication cylinder 50a and the auger support shaft 56.
【課題】本発明では、縦送りオーガの旋回角度の検出と排出オーガの起伏角度の検出を行うセンサを廉価で破損することなく確実に検出作動可能とすることを課題とする。【解決手段】縦送りオーガ(13)上端の縦送りオーガ側連通筒(50a)に、排出オーガ(14)基部の排出オーガ側連通筒(50b)を排出オーガ(14)の先端部が上下するように回動可能に連結し、排出オーガ(14)に設けるオーガ支軸(56)と縦送りオーガ(13)とを昇降シリンダ(44)で接続し、該昇降シリンダ(44)の伸縮によって排出オーガ(14)を起伏させるコンバインの穀粒排出装置において、前記縦送りオーガ側連通筒(50a)と前記排出オーガ側連通筒(50b)の相対回動角度を検出する起伏センサ(53)を前記縦送りオーガ側連通筒(50a)とオーガ支軸(56)の間に設ける。【選択図】図6 |
